Christian Dental Society (CDS)

Group 2

The Christian Dental Society (CDS) is a group of dental students who are passionate about their Christian faith. We go on a mission trip to Guatemala every year and we help organize community dental treatment through GCM in Gainesville. Our group holds monthly fellowship meetings. Join us on Facebook!

Our mission is to show the love of Christ by offering dental relief to those in need around the world.

Christopher Williams (D4), marveling over the opportunity to use his skills and gifts in Guatemala, to support the CDS mission.

The Christian Dental Society’s purpose is to proclaim the love of Jesus Christ by providing dental care for the needy, both within the United States and abroad. It is the Christian Dental Society’s hope and prayer that, as service is offered around the world and nationally to meet the dental needs of our fellow man, the Lord will work through our efforts to draw people to Himself, and to encourage those who belong to Him. Any member of the University of Florida community (student, faculty or staff) of any and all religions are invited to join our journey.
